What we ask for

Your child’s first name, and how it sounds if Santa needs help
One or two things you’re proud of, a sentence each
An age group so his words suit them, or “keep it general”
A photo, only if you want one in the elf’s frame
Your email address, so the film comes to you first

What we never ask for

A surname, address or school
A date of birth
An account for you or your child
Your child’s camera, microphone or voice
Anything your child has to type or say

Please leave anything private out of what you write about them.

The photo

Your photo stays yours

You slide it into the frame yourself on the order form.
Only that cropped picture is uploaded, never the original.
It’s checked for safety before it’s used.
It’s never altered or animated.
It’s used only in your child’s film, then deleted after delivery.

No photo? The elf holds up a present instead, and “For” and their name write themselves on the tag.

Santa only uses what you told us. He never promises a present, never mentions the naughty list, never says he’s been watching, and never says his love depends on being good.

Who can see the film

We email a private link to you, not to your child, so you can watch first. Anyone you give the link to can watch it, so share it with the people you choose. We never publish a family’s film or use it to advertise.

The link works for 120 days; download the film to keep it. Ask us to delete your details at any time.
