Still wondering?
Email hello@santaknowsyourname.com. Or watch the sample film and read every line Santa says.

What ages is it for?
It’s made for children about 3 to 7: the age when Santa saying their name feels like real magic. Santa’s words are warm and simple, with a small joke where it fits. Older brothers and sisters usually enjoy it too.
How long is the film, and what do I get?
About 75–80 seconds, in 1080p. You get a private link to watch it, a button to download the MP4, and two pictures from the film: one full size to print, one sized for phones and posting. You can play the film on a phone, tablet or TV and keep it.
How quickly will it arrive?
Usually ready in about 15 minutes, always within 24 hours. We email you the private link as soon as it’s ready, and your order page shows how it’s coming along.
What does Santa actually say?
Most of the film is the same for every child: the sleigh lands, an elf brings a letter, the Nice List, the goodbye. Santa greets your child by name, reads one or two lines about them that you approve before paying, finds their name in his Nice List and says goodbye by name. Every line is on the Santa’s words page.
Will Santa say the name properly?
You hear Santa say it on the order form before you pay. If it sounds wrong, write how it sounds (for example Neev for Niamh) and listen again. The written name always keeps your spelling, and we check every spoken word of the finished film. More on tricky names.
Do I need a photo?
No. A photo is optional. If you add one, an elf holds it up in a golden frame and Santa says, “And look, there’s a picture of you!” Without one, the elf holds up a present with a gift tag that says “For” and their name.
What happens to the photo?
You place it in the frame yourself on the order form, and only that cropped picture is uploaded. It’s checked for safety, never altered, used only in your film, and deleted after delivery. See for parents.
What is the bedtime ending?
A tick box on the order form. Santa’s last line becomes “Sleep tight on Christmas Eve” with their name. Only tick it if they’ll watch before Christmas Eve; otherwise Santa says goodbye and heads off with Rudolph.
How much is it?
$13.99 for one film, paid once. No subscription and no account. Prices show in your currency where we can.
Can I order for brothers and sisters?
Each film is made for one child, with one name in every scene. Order one film for each child, so every one of them hears Santa say their own name.
Does Santa promise presents or mention the naughty list?
No. Santa never promises a present, never threatens the naughty list and never says he’s been watching. His lines only use what you told us, and you read them before paying.
How long can I watch it online?
The private link works for 120 days. Download the MP4 to keep it for good.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 14 days. If Santa says the name wrong, gets a detail you gave us wrong, or there’s a sound or picture problem, we remake it free. If we can’t put it right, we refund you. See help and refunds.
