What you get

A personal English-language Santa film for one child, about 75–80 seconds long, made from the details you give and the words you approve, as a 1080p MP4, with two stills from the film to keep: one widescreen, one sized for phones. You can watch it from a private link for 120 days after it’s made, and download it to keep. It’s for personal use, including sharing with family and friends, not for commercial use.

The price and currency are shown before you pay. It’s one payment, with no subscription or account.

Your part

• You must be an adult, and responsible for the child or have their parent or guardian’s permission.
• Nothing hateful, sexual, threatening or meant to upset. We check what you write, and we refuse and refund orders that break this rule.
• Check the name, how Santa says it, and his words before paying.
• Only upload a photo you have the right to use.

How it’s made

Santa is a story character. His voice and lip movements are made by computer for each child, and you approve his two personal lines before paying. The rest of the film was made once and approved by hand. Automatic checks screen every film; they don’t remove your rights if something is wrong.

Delivery

Usually ready in about 15 minutes, always within 24 hours, after payment. Your order page shows progress, and we email the private link when the film is ready. If we can’t make your film, we refund you in full.

Remakes and refunds

If Santa says the name wrong, gets a detail you gave us wrong, or there’s a sound or picture problem, we remake it free. See help and refunds for remakes, cancellations and refunds. Your statutory rights stay in place; we never ask you to give up a cooling-off right.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
